காதில் விழவே இல்லையா?

காஞ்சி மகானின் கருணைக்கு எல்லையே இல்லை . தனது அத்யந்த பக்தர்கள் தன்னை எந்த நேரத்தில் அழைத்தாலும் அவர்களுக்கு அருளாசி வழங்காமல் இருந்ததே இல்லை.

திரு.ராஜகோபாலின் மனைவி கீதா பல வருடங்களுக்கு முன்பு சென்னையில் வசித்துகொண்டிருந்த சமயம்.

காஞ்சிமகானிடம் பெரும் பக்தி , அவருக்கு மட்டுமல்ல அவரது குடும்பமே மகானை கண்கண்ட தெய்வமாக வணங்கி வந்தனர்.

ஒரு சமயம் கீதாவின் தந்தைக்கு உடல் நலம் சரியில்லை , எல்லா விதமான மருத்துவ சிகிச்சையும் கிடைக்கச் செய்து மசியாத அந்த நோய், அவரை படுத்த படுக்கையாக்கி விட்டது. மருத்துவ சிகிச்சை தொடர்ந்தாலும் கீதா மகானிடம் வேண்டாத நாளில்லை.

இருப்பினும் தந்தையின் உடல் நாளுக்கு நாள் மோசமகிகொண்டு வர, ஒரு நாள் அவர் மூச்சு விடவே மிகவும் சிரமப்பட்டார்.  இந்த நிலை நீடித்தால் சில மணி நேரங்களில் அவர் உயிர் பிரிய நேரும். பூஜை அறைக்கு போய் மகானின் படத்தின் முன் விழுந்து நமஸ்கரித்துவிட்டு, “இத்தனை நாளாக என் குறையை தீர்த்து வையுங்கள்” என்று கதறிக்கொண்டு இருக்கின்றேனே பெரியவா உங்கள் காதில் விழவே இல்லையா?? என்று கடைசியாக வாய் விட்டுக் கதறிய போது வீட்டின் அழைப்பு மணி ஒலித்தது.

அங்கே சென்று கதவைத் திறந்தபோது.” காஞ்சி மடத்தில் இருந்து வருகின்றோம் மகா பெரியவா இந்த பிரசாதத்தை உங்களண்ட கொடுக்கச் சொன்னார்” என்றனர் வந்தவர்.

‘காதில் விழவே இல்லையா…….?’ என்ற குரல் கேட்காமலா இந்த பிரசாதங்களை அனுப்பி இருக்கின்றார் , கண்களில் நீர் பெருக கீதா அவசர அவசரமாக ஸ்ரீ மடத்தில் இருந்து வந்த தீர்த்தத்தை தான் தந்தையின் வாயில் ஊற்ற , அவரது மூச்சு திணறல் நின்றது , அதன் பிறகு அவர் தந்தை நீண்டநாள் சுகமாக வாழ்ந்தார் என்பது தான் வியப்பிற்குரிய விஷயம்.

மகான் தன் பக்தர்களை பற்றி அல்லும் பகலும் நினைக்காமலா இருகின்றார் “காதில் விழவில்லையா” என்று கேட்டவுடன் காலிங் பெல் சப்தம் கேட்டது எப்படி?

“Did it not reach your ears?”

Maha Periyavaa’s grace and kindness towards his devotees is limitless. He has always blessed his sincere devotees whenever they call Him for help.

This incident happened many years ago when Mrs. Geetha Rajagopalan was residing in Chennai.

Mrs. Geetha was a sincere devotee of Maha Periyavaa – Her whole family were devoted to Maha Periyavaa.

Once Mrs. Geetha’s father fell sick. His illness didn’t respond to any of the treatments given to him and it made him bedridden. His treatment was ongoing but Mrs. Geetha didn’t stop praying to Maha Periyavaa.

Inspite of all this, her father’s health was deteriorating day by day. One day he was struggling to even breathe properly and if the state continued it would be life threatening.  Mrs. Geetha went to the Pooja room and prostrated in front of Maha Periyavaa’s picture and cried loudly saying “Periyavaa, I have been crying and praying to You everyday to resolve my father’s health issue. Did it not reach Your ears?” The moment she said this, her house’s calling bell rang.

When she went and opened the door the person who was standing there said “I am coming from Kanchi Matam. Maha Periyavaa asked to give this Prasadam to you”

Periyavaa has listened to every word of her prayer and has sent this Prasadam. With tears in eyes, Mrs. Geetha immediately fed the Theertha Prasadam to her father and his breathing trouble stopped. He became better and the surprising part is, after this incident, her father lived healthily for many years.

As soon as Mrs. Geetha said “Did it not reach your ears?” the calling bell rang – Is this not an indication that the Mahaan always thinks about his devotees?
