ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளின் மகிமை (14-07-2008)

“எதுவானாலும் கிட்டும்” (நன்றி: தரிசன அனுபவங்கள்)

சாட்சாத் ஈஸ்வரரே தன் அபார கருணையை, ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ மஹாபெரியவாளெனும் திரு அவதாரத்தில் சுகபிரம்ம ரிஷி மேன்மையோடு இவ்வுலகோருக்கெலாம் வாரி வழங்கியுள்ளார்.

அந்த ஈஸ்வர சன்னிதானத்தில் எதை விண்ணப்பித்துக் கொண்டாலும் அதற்கு பூர்ண அனுக்ரஹம் கிட்டிவிடுமென்பது திரு ஹரிஹரன் என்பவரின் அனுபவமாகிறது.

ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளின் உத்தரவை அனுசரித்து இவரும் சில அன்பர்களும் சென்னையில் ஒரு அரசாங்க மருத்துவமனையில் பிரதி சனிக்கிழமைதோறும் நோயாளிகளுக்கு விபூதி குங்குமம் பிரசாதம் விநியோகம் செய்து கொண்டிருந்தனர். ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளின் அருளே அன்பர்கள் மூலமாக பெறும் ஆனந்தத்தில் பிரசாதம் பெறும் நோயாளிகள் அடைந்த ஆனந்தத்தை சொல்லிமுடியாது.

இவர்கள் இந்த சிறு தொண்டினை மேற்கொண்டிருந்த சமயத்தில் அந்த அரசாங்க மருத்துவமனையில் பத்தாம் நம்பர் வார்டில் ஒரு சாமியாரின் படம் மாட்டப்பட்டிருந்தது. அது மிக பெரிய படமாக இருந்ததால் அந்த படத்தில் காட்சிதரும் பெரியவர் யார் என்று அறிய இவர்களுக்கு ஆவல் மேலிட்டது. அந்த படத்தின் விபரம் தெரிவதற்காக சில டாக்டர்களை இதைப்பற்றி கேட்டனர்.

அப்போது அது ஸ்ரீ பாம்பன் சுவாமி என்பவரின் திரு உருவப்படம் என்பதாக அறிந்தனர். 1923ம் வருடம் அவர் குதிரைவண்டி ஏறி அடிபட்டதாகவும் அறுவை சிகிச்சைக்காக இங்கே சேர்க்கப் பட்டதாகவும் தெரிய வந்தது. அறுவை சிகிச்சைக்காக ஒருநாள் குறிக்கப்பட்டதாம். அப்போது சுவாமிகளின் பக்தர்கள் சிலர் சண்முக கவசம் பாராயணம் செய்து கொண்டிருந்தார்களாம். முருக பெருமான் ஸ்ரீ பாம்பன் சுவாமிகளுக்கு தரிசனம் தந்து அருள் புரிந்ததால் அவருக்கு அறுவை சிகிச்சைக்கே அவசியம் இல்லாமல் போய்விட்டதாம்.

இந்த விபரங்களை கேட்டுக்கொண்ட அன்பர்கள் அடுத்த சனிக்கிழமை அந்த பத்தாம் நம்பர் வார்டுக்கு செல்லும்போது பாம்பன் சுவாமிகளின் படத்தைக் காண ஆவலுற்றனர். ஆனால் அந்த பெரிய படம் அங்கிருந்து அகற்றப்பட்டிருந்தது. இதைப் பற்றி கேட்டபோது யாரோ விஷமிகள் அதை எடுத்துவிட்டதாக கூறப்பட்டது.

“அந்த படத்தை யாரோ எடுத்திருக்கிறார்கள். அதை மறுபடியும் அந்த இடத்திற்கே கொண்டுவர உங்களால் முடியுமானால் முயற்சி செய்யுங்கள்” என்று அங்கிருந்த டாக்டர்கள் சனிக்கிழமை தோறும் வரும் இவர்களிடம் முறையிட்டனர்.

இந்த சம்பவத்தை ஹரிஹரன் தனக்கு தெரிந்த சில அரசியல் நண்பர்களிடம் சொன்னார். அவர்களோ டாக்டர்களிடமிருந்து இதுபற்றி மனு எழுதி கொண்டு வந்தால் மேலிடத்தில் சொல்லி அதற்கான ஏற்பாடுகள் செய்வதாக கூறிவிட்டனர். அனால் டாக்டர்கள் அரசாங்க உத்யோகஸ்தர்கள் என்பதால் மத சம்பந்தமான பெரியவர் ஒருவரின் படத்தை மருத்துவமனையில் வைக்க அனுமதி கேட்பது சாத்யமாகவில்லை. அதனால் அவர்களால் ஒன்றும் செய்ய முடியவில்லை.

உடனே ஹரிஹரனுக்கு இதை ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளிடம் முறையிட தோன்றியது. அப்போது கர்நாடகாவில் குல்பர்கா பக்கத்தில் கலக்கி என்ற சிறிய கிராமத்தில் ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா அருளிக் கொண்டிருக்க அங்கே ஹரிஹரன் சென்றார்.

ஒரு பழைய கோயிலில் சாட்சாத் ஈஸ்வரரான ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா தரிசனம் அருளிக் கொண்டிருக்க, ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளிடம் ஹரிஹரன் முறையிட்டார். ஸ்ரீ பாம்பன் சுவாமிகளின் உருவப்படத்தை பற்றி விபரம் தெரிவித்து அது திரும்பவும் அங்கே வர ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா அருள் வேண்டுமென விண்ணப்பித்தார்.

ஆனால் ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா முதலில் இவர் முறையீட்டிற்கு ஒன்றும் பதில் கூறவில்லை. பகல் பொழுதில் மற்ற பக்தர்கள் தரிசனம் செய்து போனார்களேயன்றி ஹரிஹரன் காத்திருக்க அவரிடம் ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா ஒன்றுமே கேட்டுக் கொள்ளவில்லை. அன்று அங்கேயே தங்கினார்.

அன்று நடு இரவில் ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா தன்னை அழைத்து உத்தரவாகிறதாக சொல்லவே இவர் போய் நின்றார். ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா இவரை நோக்கி “நீ அப்போ என்ன சொன்னே?” என்று இவர் அப்போது கேட்டதை நினைவு வைத்துக்கொண்டு கேட்பது போல வினவினார்.

ஹரிஹரன் திரும்பவும் மருத்துவமனையில் ஸ்ரீ பாம்பன் சுவாமிகளின் படம் திடீரென்று காணாமல் போனதையும், முருக பக்தர்களான சில டாக்டார்கள் இதற்கு வருத்தப்படுவதாகவும், ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாள்தான் திரும்பவும் சுவாமிகளின் படம் அங்கே வந்து சேர அருள வேண்டுமென்றும் முறையிட்டார்.

உடனே ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா “பாம்பன் சுவாமிகள் யார்?” என்று கேட்டார். ஹரிஹரனுக்கோ பதில் ஒன்றும் சொல்ல தோன்றவில்லை. சர்வக்ஞரான ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ மஹா பெரியவாளெனும் பரமேஸ்வரருக்கு தெரியாத விஷயம் ஒன்றுமுண்டோ? இருந்தாலும் அஞ்ஞானிகளான நம்மை சோதிப்பது வழக்கம்தானே என்று நினைத்துக்கொண்டார்.

சிறிது நேரம் மௌனம் காத்த ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா இவரிடம் “சரி! சரி! நீ போயிட்டு வா” என்று இவரை அனுப்பி வைத்தார்.

ஹரிஹரனுக்கு சற்று ஏமாற்றமாயிருந்தாலும், ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளிடம் முறையிட்டு கேட்டாயிற்று அதனால் அது எப்படியும் கிடைத்தே தீருமென்ற உறுதிமட்டும் தளரவில்லை.

சென்னை திரும்பியதும், அவருடைய நண்பர்கள் மிக ஆச்சர்யமாக இவரைக் கேட்டனர்.

“நீ அந்த படத்தைப் பற்றி நம்ப பெரியவாகிட்டே ஏதாவது சொன்னாயா?” என்றனர்.

அதற்கு இவர் “ஆமாம்” என்றார்.

“எங்களுக்கு அப்பவே தெரிஞ்சுடுத்து. அந்த படம் மறுபடியும் அந்த வார்டுக்கே திரும்பி வந்துடுத்து. அது எப்படி வந்தது, யார் கொண்டு வந்து மாட்டினான்னு எல்லாம் யாருக்கும் தெரியாம அந்த அதிசயம் நடந்திருக்கு. இப்போ அந்த படத்துக்கு கீழே அதைப் பற்றிய எல்லா விபரமும் எழுதி வைச்சிருக்காங்க. பிரதி வெள்ளிக்கிழமையும் அதற்கு பூமாலை சார்த்தி தீபாராதனை காட்றாங்க”.

இப்படி நண்பர்கள் கூறியபோது ஹரிஹரனுக்கு ஒரு பேருண்மை விளங்கியது. “பாம்பன் சுவாமிகள் யார்?” என்று ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா அங்கு கேட்டபோதே, இங்கு சுவாமிகளின் படம் மாயமாக வந்ததோடு அந்த சுவாமிகள் யார் என்ற விபரமும் எழுதி வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்த பெரும் அதிசயம் நேர்ந்துள்ளது.

சர்வக்ஞரான ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளின் மகிமையினால் கிட்டாதது எதுவும் உண்டோ என்று ஹரிஹரனின் சிந்தனை முழுவதும் அந்த மகானை நினைத்து உருகலாயிற்று.

ஸ்ரீ வேணுகோபால பெரியவா!

காஞ்சி ஸ்ரீ வரதராஜப் பெருமாள் கோயில் சீமா பட்டாச்சாரி அவர்களின் அனுபவம் வேறு யாருக்கும் கிட்டாத பாக்யமாக அமைந்துள்ளது.

வரதர் கோயிலில் பிரும்மோத்ஸவம். ஆறாம் நாள் உற்சவம். பெருமாள் ஸ்ரீ வேணுகோபாலனாக சேவை சாதித்து அருளி வீதி வலம் வருகிறார். ஸ்ரீ வேணுகோபாலனாக அதி அற்புத அழகில் சீமா பட்டாச்சாரி பரவசமுறுகிறார்.

பெருமாள் திருவீதிவலம் ஸ்ரீ மடத்தின் எதிரே வந்தடைகிறது. ஸ்ரீமடத்திலிருந்து சாட்சாத் ஈஸ்வரரான ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா வெளியே வந்து பக்தி பரவசத்துடன் ஊர்வலம் வந்து நிற்கும் பரமனை தரிசித்து நிற்கிறார்.

சீமா பட்டர் இந்த அரிய காட்சியால் உணர்ச்சி பெருக்கெடுத்து நிற்கிறார். அப்போது அவருக்கு ஒரு அதிசய அனுபவம் ஸ்ரீ வேணுகோபாலனை தரிசித்து நிற்கும் ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளிடம் அவர் பார்வை சென்றபோது, அங்கே ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளை இவரால் காண இயலவில்லை. அதற்கு பதிலாக அதே இடத்தில் திரு உலாவரும் ஸ்ரீ வேணுகோபாலன் அலங்கார அழகோடு நிற்பதை தரிசித்து சற்றே சீமா பட்டர் அதிர்ச்சியுறுகிறார். இந்த அற்புதத்தை தாங்க முடியாமல் பட்டர் திணறிபோய் ஸ்தம்பித்து நிற்கிறார். பரவசத்தில் தோய்ந்தவராய் பட்டர் எல்லையில்லா ஆனந்தத்தில் மூழ்கி நிற்கிறார்.

இந்த அதி அற்புதம் ஒரு நொடிப் பொழுதில் பட்டருக்கு மட்டும் அருளப்பட்டு மறைகிறது.

ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ மஹாபெரியவாளே ஸ்ரீ வேணுகோபாலன் என்ற மாபெரும் ரகசியம் பட்டருக்கு இதனால் தெளிவாக அருளப்பட்டுவிட்டது.

இது உண்மைதான் என்பது ஊர்ஜிதமாக சீமா பட்டருக்கு மற்றொரு சம்பவமும் அனுபவமானது. ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாள் தேனம்பாக்கத்தில் அருளிக்கொண்டிருந்த சமயமது. ஒருநாள் பெருமாள் கோயிலிலிருந்து சீமா பட்டரை ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா அழைத்துவர ஆக்ஞையிட்டார்.

சீமா பட்டாசாரியாரும் வந்து நின்று வந்தனம் செய்தார்.

“இன்னிக்கு என்ன திதி” என்று ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா பட்டரை கேட்டார்.

பட்டர் மெதுவாக “ஏகாதசி” என்றார்.

“உபவாசம் நமக்கு மட்டும் தானே? இல்லே வரதனுக்கும் தானா?” இப்படி ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா கேட்டதும் பட்டர் வெலவெலத்து போனார்.

ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா தொடர்ந்து கேட்டார் “பெருமாளுக்கு இன்னிக்கு நைவேத்யம் ஏன் செய்யவில்லை?”

இந்த கேள்வியால் பட்டர் அதிர்ச்சி அடைந்தார். அவருடைய நாக்கு குழறியது “தெரியல்லே…. விசாரிச்சுண்டு வரேன்” என்று சொல்லிவிட்டு கோயிலுக்கு பட்டர் திரும்பிச் சென்றார்.

அங்கு சென்று விசாரித்தபோதுதான் உண்மை தெரிய வந்தது. கோயிலின் உள்கட்டில் ஏதோ தவறு நடந்துள்ளது தெரிய வந்தது. அதனால் பெருமாளுக்கு நைவேத்யம் செய்யாமல் விடுபட்டுவிட்டிருந்தது.

உடனே பட்டர் அதை சரிபடுத்தி, தக்க பிராயச்சித்தம் செய்து பெருமாளுக்கு அதன்பின்னே திருவமுது படைக்கப்பட்டது. பிரசாதத்தை உடனே ஸ்ரீ பெரியவாளிடம் பட்டர் கொண்டு சமர்ப்பித்தார்.

வரதராஜ பெருமாளுக்கு நைவேத்யம் நடக்கவில்லை என்பது ஸ்ரீ பெரியாளுக்கு எப்படி தெரிந்தது? தெரிந்திருந்தாலும் அதைப் பற்றி கவலைபடுவானேன்?

இப்படி சீமா பட்டர் சந்தேகமாக நினைக்க வாய்ப்பே இல்லாமல் போனது. சாட்சாத் ஸ்ரீ வேணுகோபாலனேதான் ஸ்ரீ பெரியவா என்ற உண்மையை அனுபவித்த பாக்யம்தான் ஏற்கனவே பட்டருக்கு கிடைத்துள்ளதே!

ஸ்ரீ வேணுகோபாலனாக சீமா பட்டருக்கு காட்சித் தந்த மகான் இன்னும் பல பக்தர்களுக்கும் அவர்கள் இஷ்ட தெய்வங்களாக தரிசிக்கும் பாக்யம் அருளியுள்ளார். பரப்பிரம்ம சொரூபத்தில் அத்தனை தெய்வங்களும் அடக்கமாகின்ற இந்த மேன்மை இயல்பல்லவா?

இப்பேற்பட்ட எல்லாமுமாகி நின்றருளும் நடமாடும் தெய்வமான ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ ஸ்ரீ மஹாபெரியவாளிடம் நாம் கொள்ளும் பரிபூர்ணபக்தி நமக்கெல்லாம் சர்வ ஐஸ்வர்யங்களை தந்து சகல மங்களங்களையும் அருளும்!

Sri Sri Sri Maha Periyava Mahimai! (14-07-2008)

Sri Sri Sri Maha Periyava, an incarnation of Sakshat Parameshwara, who has the greatness of Sukha Brahma Rishi, has been blessing all of us.

It is Sri. Hariharan’s experience that anything requested/petitioned in Eswara sannidhi will be granted. Based on Sri Periyava’s orders, Hariharan and few of his friends were distributing Vibuthi and Kumkumam prasadam every Saturday in a government hospital in Chennai. There were no words to express the happiness of patients to receive the prasadam.

During this time of distributing prasadam, in that government hospital, there was a huge picture of a particular Swamigal hanging in ward number 10. As that picture was very big, Hariharan and his friends were curious to know who that was. They enquired a few doctors and got to know few details about that Swamigal. They came to know that it was Sri Pamban Swamigal’s picture. They also understood that in 1923, he was hit by a horse cart and got admitted in the hospital for a surgery. A date was finalized for surgery. Then, Swamigal’s devotees chanted Shanmukha Kavacham repeatedly. As Lord Muruga gave darshan to Sri Pamban Swamigal and blessed, there was no need for surgery at all.

After hearing all these details, they were anxious to see the picture of Swamigal when they came to hospital the next Saturday. But the picture was removed from that ward. When they enquired, came to know that someone with malicious intent removed that picture.

“Someone removed that picture. If you can, please see if you can bring that picture back to the hospital,” doctors requested to these people who visited the hospital every Saturday.

Hariharan shared this information with few of his political friends. Those politicians asked them to get a petition from the doctors about this and informed they will reach out to higher officials. But as the doctors were government officials, they could not request for a picture of a religious head to be hung in that hospital. So, they were not able to do anything about it.

Immediately, Hariharan thought of informing this to Sri Periyava. Then, Sri Periyava was camping in a small village named Kaalaki near Gulbarga in Karnataka and Hariharan went there.

Sri Periyava was giving darshan to devotees inside an old temple and Hariharan went ahead and placed his request. He informed Sri Periyava about Sri Pamban Swamigal’s picture and also requested that Sri Periyava should bless for the picture to be brought back to the hospital. But, Sri Periyava did not heed to his request the first time. During the day time, Sri Periyava was blessing other devotees and did not ask further details from Hariharan. So, Hariharan stayed there itself on that day.

During that mid-night, Hariharan was called for darshan by Periyava. He went and stood before Sri Periyava based on His instructions to meet Him. Sri Periyava looked at him and asked, “Why did you tell then?” remembering Hariharan’s request in the morning.

Hariharan explained all the details about Sri Pamban Swamigal, His picture being removed from the hospital, few doctors feeling bad for that and also Sri Periyava’s blessings for the picture to be placed again in the hospital.

Immediately, Sri Periyava asked, “Who is Pamban Swamigal?” Hariharan did not know what to respond. Is there something that Sri Periyava, a sarvagnya, does not know? But Hariharan felt that Sri Periyava is testing agnanis like us.

Sri Periyava maintained silence for some time and said, “OK! OK! You go now!” Though Hariharan felt disappointed, but had the confidence that it will be taken care as already placed the request to Sri Periyava.

As soon as he reached Chennai, Hariharan’s friends asked him with surprise. “Did you tell anything to Sri Periyava about that picture?” He responded “Yes”.

They then told, “We knew it before itself. That picture is now back in the same ward. Nobody knows who came and placed the picture back. Now, they have also written information about Sri Pamban Swamigal beneath that picture. Every Friday, they are placing flowers and also doing harathi.”

When they finished saying this, Hariharan realized a truth. When Sri Periyava asked, “Who is Pamban Swamigal?” that picture must have come back along with the information on Swamigal.

With Sarvagna Sri Periyava’s blessings, is there anything that one would not get? Hariharan was thinking about Sri Periyava and felt emotional at that point.

Sri Venugopala Periyava!

Experience of Sri Seema Bhattachari who belongs to Kanchi Sri Varadaraja temple is something no other devotee was fortunate to experience.

During the Brahmotsavam for Sri Varadaraja Perumal, on the sixth day, Swami was dressed like Venu Gopala Swami. Seema Bhattachari felt very happy and heavenly while seeing the Venugopalaswami’s beauty. When Perumal came across Sri Matam during the procession, Sri Periyava came out and had darshan of the Swami along with all the other devotees.

Seema Bhattachari saw this and felt very emotional. That is when a miracle happened. While having darshan of Venugopalaswami, he suddenly saw Sri Periyava. Instead of seeing Sri Periyava, he saw Venugopalaswami standing there. He could not comprehend this and stood there dumbstruck. This happened only to him just for few seconds.

Because of this, Seema Bhattachari realized a divine secret that Sri Maha Periyava is none other than Sri Venugopalaswami.

During another incident, Seema Bhattachari realized that whatever he understood about Sri Periyava is indeed true. During that time, Sri Periyava was camping in Thenambakkam. Sri Periyava ordered to bring Seema Bhattachari. He came and stood before Sri Periyava.

“What is today’s thithi?” asked Sri Periyava.

Bhattar slowly said, “Ekadasi”.

“Upavasam is only for us, isn’t it? Or is it for Varada also?” when Sri Periyava asked this, Bhattar stood there perplexed. Sri Periyava continued, “Why did you not do Naivedhyam (Food offering) for Perumal?”

This question stunned Bhattar. He could not answer. With lot of difficulties, he said, “let me check immediately” and went to the temple immediately to understand the situation.

When he enquired, he understood that there was some confusion in the temple kitchen on that day and they missed doing naivedhyam for Perumal. Immediately Bhattar fixed it and did naivedhyam. He also brought the prasadam to Sri Periyava.

How Sri Periyava know that the naivedhyam was not offered to Perumal? Even if He knew, why did He worry about it? Bhattar did not have an opportunity to think like this as he was fortunate to have already experienced the divine truth that Sri Periyava is none other than Sri Venu Gopala Swami!!

Sri Periyava also have given darshan to few other devotees as their favorite God. Isn’t it a fact that all forms of God are within Parabrahma Swaroopa?

It is evident that our bhakthi and complete surrender to Sri Sri Sri Maha Periyava would grant us all prosperity and happiness!
