    That time we have to depend on our minds to do Nitya karma anushtana
    So catch a vivid image of Sri Sri Sri MAHAPERIYAVA in our mind and start practising “maanasika pooja ”
    Body can become old and powerless
    Not the mind
    Store all good things in mind impressions and keep practising worship “Irunthum ninrum kidanthum nadanthum ”
