End of Padha Yatra …

….after almost eight decades of walking across the country to bless all souls in nook and corner even in the most remote place, here He is sitting and resting..We dont know how Periyava felt after ending all padha yatras and decided to stay in one place – for someone who walked all His life, it must have been a different feeling – I know, I am talking as if Periyava is a common man – He is beyond feelings, beyond affinity for anything.

Great photo and beautiful padha darshanam! Not sure if we have this photo in the blog – I am sure we have but haven’t seen in a long time! We have heard in several interviews that Periyavas feet were as soft as flowers – never showed any signs wear and tear of such a long walks He had.

Sri Guru Padha Darshanam, Pala Janma Paapa Vimochanam!!!

Here is the small poem from Sudhan:

ஶ்ரீகுருப்யோ நம
ஆதி அந்தமும் அற்ற சம்புவே உன்
பாதமே கதி என்று நம்பினோம்
சோதனை செய்ய தருணமோ இது
ஆதரித்தருள் அம்மையப்பனே
