These are certainly difficult photos for me to watch. For sanyasis, these are the procedures that are done. Sri Balu Swamigal had lived a complete life and had reached His Master’s holy feet.
We could see Sri Kumaresan mama, Brahmasri Chandramoulu Srouthigal, Sri Ganesa Sarma in the photo.
We should do virtual namaskaram to Swamigal for His kainkaryams to Mahaswami and his boundless karunai to all of us and have blessed us with sharing His experiences through which we could develop more bakthi.

In most of Sri mahaswamigal ‘s photos and videos, nobody can miss Srikantan and Balu, because they never missed the benign presence of Sri maha periyava.Sri kantan ‘s samadhi, I think, is in Angarai near Lalgudi.All the devotees of the mahan should remember at least these two illustrious attendants of Sri mahaperiyava

Sri Balu Swamigal is very well known to our family and when ever we used to have Darsan Perivaa He conveyed our arrival to Perivaa and explained our problems to Mahaswami
After Darsan He will arrange for prasadams for us
Thus He took much pains for everybody in the way
I know him very well right from 1954 Whenever He saw me He will enquire our familymem des health etc
He lived as a Great Sage and ardent devotee to Mahaswami

A Close savant & Sevak of Paramacharyal has attained Mukthi. I have not talked much to him, but have only observed his closeness & devotion to Periaval. He was alo known as Simpson Balu ? There was some confusion in the minds of some devotees in West Mambalm & only after seeing the Photo, I could make out for sure that this Baluji has passed away. When he took Sanyas ? This is a relatively private event for devotees – the interment of a distinguished person such as Swaminadendra Saraswathi (Balu Swamigal). My suggestion would be to remove this video from public viewing. I have viewed this and consider myself lucky to be invited to observe and pay my respects. Our family knew Balu Mama from the days when he first joined the Mahaswami. Balu Mama was a next door door neighbor of my mother’s family. Our family’s connection therefore to him is special. Thank you for this final viewing. We remain in debt.
The practice of using coconuts during the final stage of interment is not well understood by many individuals. In this day and age, there are elements who are likely to take an alternate view of the proceedings – especially the uninformed and uneducated who do not have a historical sense of special practices for special souls in our custom. What will come out of their mouths and who they will send the link to, we don’t know. Let’s preserve the sanctity of this occasion by removing it from public access. Some things are not meant for wide dissemination. This is my humble view and request.

Sri.Balaji of vignesh studio deserves the divine credit for his services in hosting this video and photos. The departed soul, certainly will bless him.
