“Thatha, why is it that, of late, there is lot of information and miracles about MahaPeriyava appearing in newspapers and emails ? When He was alive, this was not happening.”

“Gopu, you have asked a very good question. Let’s say you have a 100 Rupees note in your wallet. Will you search for it ? Or will you look for it if it has fallen down somewhere and is lost?”

“I will look for it only if it is lost”

“Till when will you keep searching?”

“I will keep looking for it till I find it”

“Till MahaPeriyava was alive physically, we used to go in droves to Kanchi or to the place where He was stationed and took His Darshan. All desires were satisfied. So what was the need to talk about Him or write about Him? It is only after His MahaSamadhi that we realised that we will not able to see Him physically anymore and we started gathering information and news about Him and started sharing it with each other. Even those who did not know about Him hitherto felt ‘Was such a divine person really living amongst us?’ Thus, now, His devotees have become countless. MahaPeriyava was, is and always will be omnipresent. Do you understand now ? This is just a drop from the infinite ocean of nectar”

  4. jaya jaya sankara hara hara sankara. Sattiyamana unmai. Mahaperiya nammidaye iruntha pothu namakku ondrum puriyatha nilayil ariviligalaga irunthom. Ippozhuthu Mahaperiyava Arugil naam illaiye endu ovvoru nimidamum vedani padukirom.

Guruve saranam. Namma elloraiyum antha karunai kadal than kapatra vendum.

Hara Hara Sankara Jaya Jaya Sankara

  5. We should remember, we have Pudu Periyaval and Bala Periyaval living with us, in a form we can understand them. If we believe that we have made a mistake by not having darshan of Maha Periyava, then we should not extend the mistake with these Periyavals too. Better late than never

Jaya Jaya Shankara Hara Hara Shankara

  7. At last I have got an beautiful answer to the question in my mind which was incidentally posed by Gopu also. ‘ Jaya Jaya Sankara! Hara Hara Sankara!

  8. Whoever has written this is true bhakta as he has reflected my thought

  9. Superb analysis! It is Maha Shakthi in the form of Maha Periyava who conceals and who reveals! The Experiences of Devotees so painstakingly compiled by Sri. Sivaraman, Sri Ganesa Sarma and other great Maha Periyava Devotees should be published in a book form also for posterity! It will be another Bhagavatha PaaraayaNam! Hara Hara Shankara, Jaya Jaya Shankara!

  10. I have very authentic info that HH Pudu periyava wondered that most of the incidents which were published after the samadhi of Mahaperiyava was not talked about earlier when Mahaperiyava was alive and He expressed it to one of his close aides who shared with me as he asked about the incidents to HH Puduperiyava

  11. Whatever you may say those who were fortunate enough to have the Darshan of SriMahaPeriyava in those days and have understood His Greatness have kept the matters to themselves.they have never shared their divine experiences with others.i do not blame them or find fault with them. But they were really more fortunate and Blessed unlike people like who also lived when Shri MahaPeriyava was walking on this earth.

Often people like me feel that we have lost a golden opportunity for salvation because we have not been fortunate enough to have darshan of MahaPeriyava as often as we could and experience his divine Grace. Our “Thapam”increases many fold when we think that we could have made it ,but were not fortunate enough to do so.

Any how better late than never. At least now we have known about the divinity called shriMahaPeriyava. At the same time we could not escape our feeling that we were not fortunate enough and have lost a golden opportunity because of our ignorance.are we right or wrong?

    • Maheshji,

Please share your Temple Travel Blog Remaining Part(s). Eager to know about the Thirupunavasal temple sthala puranam (correct me if the stated name was inappropriate).

      Thanks & Regards,

    • Maheshji,

No Comments. You deserve to answer on this.

      Regards,

    • No not really a few ignorant souls like me went to Him asking for quite mundane requests when He gave me more than I deserve! Forgiving all our faults. Realising the futility of material gains I have not spent one night crying for the missed opportunity of His Saameepyam nevertheless the Thaapam you have is equally in me to have squandered that fortune
