I just talked to Samyukta’s mother to get some updates. As per her, Samyuta is still in the ICU and in the ventilator and the chemotherapy had started….The swelling of the brain (edema) had reduced a lot, which is a significant improvement. Next few days will tell more….She came to know from lots of folks about all our prayers etc – she is so thankful to all of the readers for the prayers….

Smt Mahalakshmi mami had performed a special abishekam and archana for ambal in one of the temples. Sri Suresh Panchanathan talked to few folks in Kanchipuram and this request was put in the ears of Mahaperiyava…I know there are so many people who prayed/praying…Thanks to all..

We pray Mahaperiyava to give Samyuktha all the physiclal and mental strength to take all these treatments and  bless this girl with a long life….

[UPDATE] I talked to her father, Shri Chandar. Sri Chandar is none other than son of Shri Photo Seetharaman, who spent lot of time with Periyava. Periyava had given lots of exclusive poses to take photos…He says that only Periyava has been taking care of her so far….He is confident that He will somehow rescue his daughter. He wants to us to pray for Samyukta not to pick up any infection for the next few days without which the next phase of chemotherapy will not begin.

Let us all pray for her to stay infection-free and get well soon….
