Meaning:
1: By meditating on “Rama Rama Rama” (the Name of Rama), my Mind gets absorbed in the Divine Consciousness of Rama, which is Transcendental,
2: The Name of Rama is as Great as the Thousand Names of God (Vishnu Sahasranama).

Sahasra Naama Tattulyam Raama Naama Varaanane – Chanting this 3 times in a day
is equivalent to chanting Vishnu Sahasra Namam.
To day 20th Aradhana of Maha Periyava is being celebrated in the Shree Mutt
at Kancheepuram. When a robberer Shri Ratnakar could become a great man
by chanting Rama Namam, and could write the Ramayanam after becoming
Valmikhi, why should not we chant daily!!
