  1. Great ! Magesh sir by your effort making us …. thinam thinam thirunaley jaya jaya sankara hara hara sankara Please give the Title of the book relased

    • My apologies in advance if it is an inappropriate question. Did Sri Srivan Sar take sanyaasa and if so what was his sanyaasarama nama? I assume he did take because we are celebrating his Jayanthi in this manner

      • No Sivan sir reluctantly got into Grihastashrama due to the duress of his parents, but because of his gnana at birth lived as an Athivarnasrami. As echoed by Periyavaa his evolution was so great and was an embodiment of virtues we can hardly fathom he perhaps chose not to be initiated formally as a Sanyasi.
This reply is from authentic sources who had been in touch with this great soul and have written about Sir and are keeping his memories alive in this yuga of decadence all around.

        Regards

  2. Great video and nice to hear GhaNa PaaraayaNam. I do not know anything about these. With a book, occasionally I follow Sri Rudra PaaraayaNam. Very great experience to be able to see a great video on Sri Sivan Sir Jayanthi! Sri. Sivaraman’s speech is excellent! Jaya Jaya Shankara, Hara Hara Shankara! Sri Sivan Sai ThiruvadigaLee CharaNam! Maha Periyava ThiruvadigaLee PooRRi!

  3. Commendable. It is sweet to hear the Ghanam. Periavaludaya arul Perugattum

  4. Namaskaram. You are all so much Blessed.

  5. The initial Ghana Parayanam is a unique story of how Maha Periyava is in proximity with all of us. The Parayanam, was by a team of 40 odd students, of which i am also one. Most of us are 40+ and none of us could, even chant with perfect diction the word “ACHYUTAYA NAMAHA”. We would pronounce it as ACHU (instead ACHYU). Our GURU, not only ensured that our pronunciation is perfected but taught us the GHANAM of Rudram and Chamakam. It all started with Sandhya in the year 2000 with just 13 of us. Then now on PERIYAVA’s order and blessing that 40 of us can chant RUDRAM and CHAMAKAM in Ghanam. Each lasts for about 3 hours. We do our best to ward off body pain. (sitting for 3 hours with folded legs). But then who cares, as long as we have the three periyavas with us.

And Maha Periyava’s Grace as we all know is unlimited. Our team of most unlikely GANAPADIGAL(!!!!!) are invited to chant across India. We were invited to attend KUMBH MELA. We landed on the sacred day of AMAVASYA. We were taken to the converging point of Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati. We performed the TARPANA there. Then started the RUDRA and CHAMAKA Ghanam.

And lo and behold, every one who had come there, listened with rapt attention. But the mute point is – Can 50+ aged persons like us, goto Kumbh mela, and perform Tarpana on Amavasya day. which comes once in 140+ years. Surely this is nothing but MAHA PERIYAVA’s work. As long as we take recourse to VEDIC studies, MAHA PERIYAVA is there.

  6. Radhe Krishna. Hara Hara Sankara, Jaya Jata Sankara. Hara Hara Sankara, Jaya Jaya Sankara. Hara Hara Sankara, Jaya Jaya Sankara. Hara Hara Sankara, Hata Jaya Sankara.
