வாயால் பகவந்நாமாவைச் சொல்லிப் புண்ணியம் செய்யவேண்டும். “சம்பாதிப்பதிலேயே பொழுதெல்லாம் போய் விடுகிறது. இதற்கு அவகாசம் இல்லையே” என்பீர்கள்.
சம்பாதிப்பது க்ருஹஸ்தர்களுக்கு அவசியம்தான். ஆனால் யோசித்துப்பார்த்தால் அதற்கே முழு நேரமும் போய்விடவில்லை என்று தெரியும். வீண் பேச்சு, பரிஹாசம், வேடிக்கை பார்ப்பது, நியூஸ்பேப்பர் விமரிசனம் இவற்றில் எவ்வளவு பொழுது வீணாகிறது!
அதையெல்லாம் பகவந்நாம ஸ்மரணயில் செலவிடலாமே. இதற்கென்று தனியே பொழுது ஏற்படுத்திக் கொள்ள முடியாவிட்டாலும் பரவாயில்லை.
ஆபீஸ்க்கு பஸ்சிலோ, ரயிலிலோ போகும்போது பகவந்நாமாவை ஜபித்துக்கொண்டே போகலாமே! ஓடி ஓடி சம்பாதிப்பதில் ஒரு பைசா கூட பிற்பாடு உடன்வராதே. மறுஉலகத்தில் செலவாணி பகவந்நாமா ஒன்றுதானே.
மனசு பகவானின் இடம். அதை குப்பைத்தொட்டியாக்கியிருக்கிறோம். அதை சுத்தப்படுத்தி, மெழுகி, பகவானை அமரவைத்து, நாமும் அமைதியாக அமர்ந்து விட வேண்டும். தினமும் இப்படி ஐந்து நிமிஷமாவது தியானம் செய்ய வேண்டும்.
லோகமே மூழ்கிப்போனாலும் நிற்காமல் நடக்கவேண்டிய காரியம் இது. ஏனெனில், லோகம் முழுகும் போது நமக்கு கைகொடுப்பது இந்த பகவந்நாமாதான்.

We walk minimum 10000 steps to our office, transport, in all . Say Rama for every step you would have told 10000 times. See the effect in a week. Mind is calm, and light. All the problems are solved. Try ,experience and enjoy. Watching TV serial time could sit and do namajaba too. God bless all.

I know… I have heard about it. Shri a.s.r name sounds very familiar to me….not able to place him…. Shri Sundaram was the station master for KKPM (railway station code for dalmiapuram) for a very long time… my father was very well connected with the top most officials in southern railway as was the sales manager at Dalmia cements and ad to work with,southern railways for getting wagons, clearances etc….
Maha Periyaval taught us in the most simplest form of worshipping GOD.
His teachings reverberate on all occasions to guide us in the righteous path .
