This is a post written by Shri Ramani Anna in his book on Shri Maha Periyava. Shri Ramani Anna is the main (key) person instrumental in installaing the Nanganallur Anjaneyar Kovil and the Pappanchavady PanchaMukha Hanuman Kovil. Very famous temples indeed. Jaya Jaya Shankara Hara Hara Shankara.
Mahesh Garu….. Nice post and Informative. Periva was a ‘Dheergadhaarshi’. In fact, I laughed at the end of the climax dialog by one of the Bhaktas regarding supplying additionally ‘Poriyal and Oorgai’. Laughing again……. By the way, who was the person narrated the story? You did not mentioned the name of the author. Laughing again……….
Sorry, typographical error…..instead of ‘mention’, it was typed as ‘mentioned’. in my above comment. Mistake regretted.
